The 3 part formula is a simple step by step process to building your confidence and self-esteem…
Part 1: A = Accept
First, you need to accept that you won’t feel confident at anything when it’s your first time. Like driving a car, or attempting a somersault on a trampoline. You know it won’t be perfect, you aren’t confident but you do it anyway.
It is also key to not compare yourself to anyone else, some others will feel more confident, some will have more experience.
Part 2: S = Strengths
The chances are, you have played all of your weaknesses and self-doubts over and over in your head. The best way to combat these, are to remind yourself of your strengths.
So have a think, what are the strengths you bring to the table as a Personal trainer?

Part 3: K = Knowledge
Learn Learn Learn
You might have heard it before but learning is key to building confidence. You may choose to evaluate every session you do, shadow another fit pro, take a course or read a book. It doesn’t matter so much what you do, but that you do the learning.
Being more knowledgeable will help you understand the strengths you bring to the table and leave you KNOWING that you are doing hte right thing for your clients.
