I’m not going to pretend that the ‘SP60’ programme is easy, but as your coach, and owner of multiple successful fitness business, I would not expect you to do anything that I do not commit too on a daily basis. I will not ask you to drastically cut calories, workout 2 hours a day, eat pathetic little portions and live off shakes.

You’ll also be able to relax as no fad-diets or “guilty feelings” are in this programme. Instead of a highly processed diet, I’ll be asking you to focus on real food such as good quality meat, fish, poultry, fruits, vegetables, coconut oil, butter, nuts and seeds.
